Spotting and working together
Do you notice at school that things are not going well at home for a pupil? Then you can refer a family to us, or talk it over with us first. We connect with the young person’s school.

Not sure whether we are the right party? Call us beforehand, and we will honestly tell you if we are.

Connecting with the school
How often we meet and where, we agree with the young person in the care plan. We fit in with school, work placement or work.

Feedback
Feedback is given according to the agreements we make with the municipality and the family.
How it works
From application to first conversation
A referral from, for example, the GP, the youth doctor or the municipality is required. We help the family request one.
- You fill in the form, for yourself, your family or a client.2 minutes
- You get a reply by email with a proposal for the intake conversation.within 48 hours
- Intake conversation, then once you agree we start on the care plan.within two weeks
