For referrers and municipalities

Referral, feedback and consultation

Everything you need to refer a family to us: the route, our criteria, the documents for your file and a behavioural scientist who will think along with you within five working days.

The route

From application to start

  1. Apply

    Fill in the application form or call the referral team. A referral from, for example, the GP, the youth doctor or the municipality is required.

    2 minutes

  2. Reply by email

    We let you know whether the request suits us and propose an intake.

    within 48 hours

  3. Intake and care plan

    We discuss the request for help and, once you agree, start on the care plan. If it isn’t a fit, we will help find a suitable organisation together.

    within two weeks

  4. Programme and evaluation

    Along the way we evaluate and adjust the care plan where needed. At the end there is a final evaluation.

    6 to 9 months

What we are strong in

  • Families where language or culture stood in the way of earlier help.
  • Parents who distrust authorities or have broken off earlier programmes.
  • Young people aged 12 to 23 who are getting stuck between home, school and the street.
  • Cases involving several agencies where nobody is in charge.

What we refer on

  • Administering and dispensing medication.
  • Clients who need 24/7 supervision.
  • Clients with a drug, alcohol or other addiction, and clients who need nursing care.
